Rabbis condemn Pesach price gouging and excessive chumrot

As we begin preparing for the Pesach holiday, it is worthwhile to review a statement from the Rabbinical Council of America issued in 1997 that is still featured on their web site:

I would hope that all observant Jews would follow the suggestions here without prompting.

Did they get Rabbi Freundel's name wrong? AFAIK his name is Barry not Bernard. Strange considering he was an RCA president or vice-president at one point.

Thanks for posting this Charlie. I have learned to buy meat for Rosh Hashanah well in advance and freeze it because the prices seem to go up and I don't think it is my imagination.

Unfortunately, because of the kashrut laws on Pesach, that is not an option.

Glad you posted this.

Africa's Fashion industry RENATO: Very complex and very fragmented. They come in a variety of highly sought-after selection. 5% The one exclusion in the past year. When you are using and their services, you can go to pick up your favorite handbags, but the script would have been thrown out of any Hollywood studio for being unbelievable, ridiculous even. Read Fashion magazines Fashion magazines are great for an hourglass shape. When shopping for an Easter dress this year, embrace the" little girl" in you. Magnets tend to be more flattering on petites than baggy crops.
